I have a butler rule that adds my team to cards as soon as they are due (in turn). Therefore I created a card called "Team" with all the members and it works fine.
Now everytime someone is absent and the work needs to be redistributed to the rest of the team, we remove the member beforhand. Two problems with that: first of all, once the member is back, that member gets way more tasks/cards, since butler picks that member first for everything. Secondly, if someone's sick and we can't remove the person befor the cards are due, we have to redistribute the cards by hand.
Any idea on how to solve this?
Hi Annika,
Thanks for reaching out!
There isn't a way to exclude a member from the "in turn" action if they're a member of the card in question.
The best way to mitigate this issue is to remove the member from the card if they are absent, and add them back to the card once they're back.
Please let us know if you have any other questions, and we'll be happy to help.
All the best,
Lara
