Hello
We are using trello to entrust work to different people, we have on a board 2 lists one of jobs(card) to be done, and another of the finished ones. The worker moves the list card(job) once he considers that he has finished his work.
The person in charge once verifies that the work(card) is actually finished archive the work(card).
The problem is that anyone can archive a job(card) and in this way the trail of work is lost that maybe it was not properly completed and had to be finished.
Is there any way to do this with Trello? a system of roles at the level of cards? or something similar?
Thank you
Tenemos 2 listas: lista trabajos pendientes; y lista trabajos realizados.

Hi Jordi,
You can certainly ask questions in Spanish here, and you'll get some responses most likely :) All are welcome!
As for your question about permissions, I cannot think of how to do exactly what you are asking. However, I would argue that this can be done through managing the team as opposed to setting up the system with these restrictions.
Have the person in charge watch the board. Now this person can see any unauthorized card archiving, and retrieve those cards, and manage the people who are not following the business process as the team has determined together. Everyone should get the hang of it quickly, I hope!

Best of luck,
