Can I add members to a board that can add cards but not move them around?

I am trying to create a parts ordering board for our team members for projects. I would like the ability for people to add a card to request parts but not change the status of that card once its entered. Is this possible?

Welcome to the community!

If you add a person with access to create a card then you will able to move any card of the board. Only those who have guested with view access can't change anything. All other permission can move around any cards of a Trello board.
