Calender integration

Dear community,

I use Trello together with Planyway and have exported my cards to my Google Calendar.

In the calendar, each card description starts with “open card in Trello”. This used to be a great link that allowed me to open the Trello card directly from the calendar. However, for some time now it only shows the text, and the link unfortunately no longer works.

Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this?

We checked it out and seems to be working just fine on our side.

To explore your case, please let me know the detail:

- Which browser do you use when opening Google Calendar?

- How do you use Planyway (Trello power-up, Chrome extension, planyway.com/app)?

- How does the link look like (attaching screenshot would be best)?

thanks for the quick response. 

I’ve now noticed that the link works in the browser. When I open Google Calendar in the browser, the link is available. However, I mainly use the Calendars by Readdle app on my iPhone, and there the link has not been available for some time.

So it’s probably an issue with the calendar app or due to iOS restrictions.

Yes, unfortunately, as it's not on our side, we can not do anything about it.
