Butler command run quota already ran out?

I checked our usage log and we use 4 command runs per day, every day. We have a monthly limit of 250 command runs. How can we be hitting our limit if we only use 4 command runs per day? Shouldn't it be at 120 command runs after 30 days? Am I missing something?
