Bug? Trello not allowing me to downgrade to free after expiration of free prem premium trial

Hi! I had signed up for Trello a month ago and now that I have finished a free trial I would like to go back to using the free version since those features are adequate for me. 

However, since I have logged in today, I'm getting this big window asking me to pay which I'm unable to exit from. 

There is a small button called "Downgrade to free" below but it's not clickable. And there is no way to exit the big window covering my screen. 

Is this a bug? or is it a deliberate UI thing to prevent me from going back to the free version

Hi @Himel Sarkar , thank you for being part of the Trello community!

In addition to @Sakshi Verma 's wonderful recommendations, another step to try is clicking inside the window and scrolling down. There should be a button below "Downgrade to free" which sometimes requires a scroll on smaller screens.

Hi @Himel Sarkar , Welcome to the community!

I’ve taken a look at your account and can confirm that your workspace is on the Free plan. The pop-up you’re seeing not having any exit option does seem a bit unusual.

Could you please try the following steps?

  • Log out of your account, clear your browser cache, and then log in again. Let me know if this helps resolve the issue.

  • Try accessing Trello on a different browser to see if you experience the same problem.
