Boards exist but all content is missing – no intentional deletion

After a long period without accessing my Trello account, I logged in again and noticed a serious issue.

My boards and templates still exist and their titles are visible, but all internal content is completely missing (lists, cards, descriptions, checklists, attachments).

I want to clearly state that I did NOT intentionally delete any content or boards.
The data disappearance was unexpected.

This information was important and accumulated over time.
Is there any internal snapshot, log, or recovery process that can be checked?

I’m happy to provide board names, approximate last access dates, or any additional technical details if needed.

Thank you.

Hi Ligia,

I'm sorry for the frustrating experience. We know how much effort our users put into their Trello boards, and losing part of the data makes for a bad experience.

We don't have a way to recover the information, but you have the board activity, where you can check what happened and maybe find the information.

Just open the board and go to the right side menu, you'll see an option called Activity

Could you analyze it and let me know your findings?
