Hi Atlassian/Trello Community,
I'm hoping someone can help me resolve an urgent issue with my account: https://trello.com/w/musicgroup1
I accidentally clicked on a "free trial" option, and when the trial period ended, all of my boards were deactivated. This was entirely unintentional — I had no desire to upgrade or trial any paid plan.
I've been a Trello user for over 10 years, well before the Atlassian acquisition, and this account holds a decade's worth of work that is incredibly important to me. It would be devastating to lose it over an accidental click.
I'm not asking for a paid plan — I simply want my boards restored to their previous state under the free tier. Please can an Atlassian/Trello team member help reactivate my boards?

I understand this is a serious issue for you, the best way would be to raise a ticket here https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/ as the team will need some private information from you which we cannot request through a public forum. Please create it ASAP so that there is higher chance to not let the data be deleted permanently.
