Board suddenly closed, only admin can re-open

Getting this message on a board we use regularily "You’re a member of this board, but only board admins are able to reopen it. Please contact support for assistance." Only 2 of us use it, ive read on other tickets it could be becasue we setup under an old account that has been removed as no longer using. i can't find info on who the admin on the board was?
