I was the owner and admin of a board, there was only one other person on the board. The board was randomly closed, and neither of us can re-open the board as neither are admins, even though I created the board to begin with.
This feels like a terrible bug, and there is no direct access to support.
Is there a way to fix this? I have tried logging in and out, tried on different devices.
I have tried the same things with the other person on the board, neither can do anything.

I noticed that your account was newly created on January 8th, 2026. I wanted to check in and ask if you were not actively using your previous account. For your reference, we have a dormant account policy, which means any account that hasn't been used for 2 years or more is deleted. If your previous account was deleted due to inactivity and you were the only member on your Trello board, unfortunately, the board is now deleted and cannot be recovered. However, if there were other members on the board, you can reach out to them and ask to be re-added.
If you believe this doesn't apply to your account or if you think there’s been a mistake, please let me know. I can create a support ticket on your behalf and request the board link from you so we can investigate the logs and determine what caused the board to close.
