Board not receiving emails — need help diagnosing

Hello Trello Support / Team,I have an application with three different Trello boards. One of the boards is not receiving emails sent from external addresses, while the other two boards receive emails correctly. Could you please help me investigate the cause?Details:

  • Number of boards: 3
  • Problem board: [please insert board name]
  • Symptoms: Emails sent to the board's email address are not creating cards or being received
  • Actions already taken: [please list any checks you made, e.g., verified the board email address, checked spam, confirmed sender address]
  • Requested help: Please advise on possible causes and steps to restore incoming email functionality (e.g., verify board email address, workspace/settings restrictions, email provider bounces).
