Board limit reached at 9 users?

I am trying to add one more person to the board with 9 members in it, but got a message that there are already 10 members, so I should upgrade. How to solve this?

Currently, free Workspaces have a limit of 10 collaborators, which includes members, guests, and pending invitations.

Please note that the limit is imposed on the entire Workspace rather than each individual board.

Your board currently has 9 members; however, the Workspace this board is currently in has 1 Workspace members and 9 Workspace guests, for a total of 10 Workspace members.

If you want to keep or add more than 10 Collaborators to a Trello Workspace, you can upgrade to one of our paid plans. All of Trello’s paid plans allow unlimited collaborators in a Workspace.
