Board has been closed. Unable to reopen even though I must have been the admin

Hi

In my personal Trello space, I had some boards which were auto closed it seems (maybe by Trello cleaning up free accounts some time ago?). I went to the view Closed Boards and I see the board exists but it says I am not the admin and cannot open it. 

I checked my other Atlassian account and it cannot see these closed boards (no surprise as I never shared it with my business profile). I also checked my wife's personal Trello account and likewise she has no view of this board either. 

I definitely would have created this board with my personal account so how do I get it reopened? Can I be reinstated as Admin? It has some important info in it that I need to access.
