Board Permissions Power-Up Issue

Greetings all,

 

I have been using Trello power-up (Board Permissions (Handy Power-Ups Pack)) to assign roles to members. It works the first time, but each time I make further adjustments, I receive the error shown in the attached screenshot. I then have to wait some time before I can make any additional changes.

 

Can someone please advise on how we can resolve this issue? The process is taking a long time and we need to fix it as soon as possible.

I wanted to let you know that the Board Permissions (Handy Power-Ups Pack) is a third-party Power-Up developed by a company called Mig. Since this Power-Up is managed by an external company, we’re unable to directly check or troubleshoot issues with it from our end.

However, I found a contact email for their Support team: support@mig.team. I recommend reaching out to them with the details of your issue—they should be able to provide more insights and help you resolve it.
