I have 6 collaborators on my Board, and it will not allow me to add any more.  I am currently using the free service, but it states I should be allowed up to 10 collaborators.  Please can this be looked into?

Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

The 10 user limit is per workspace and not per board. You might have 10 people across multiple boards in your workspace. See https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/workspace-user-limit/
