Welcome to the community!

Just to clarify, are you using the Trello app on your mobile device, or are you accessing Trello through a mobile browser? If you’re using the app, could you let us know whether it’s the Android or iOS version, and which version of the app you have installed?

Also, are you seeing any error messages, or does nothing happen when you try to attach a photo?
