Hello Atlassian Support Team,

I hope you're doing well.

I would like to request a change to my Trello subscription billing cycle. Currently, my account is set to annual billing, but I would prefer to switch to a monthly payment plan instead.

Could you please assist me in:

  1. Changing my current subscription from annual to monthly billing
  2. Providing information on whether any prorated adjustments or refunds apply
