Best software for artwork ticket system

I'm probably going to a biased group.
I am not a user of any Atalassian software but am looking for a ticket system to handle our clients artwork requests. Small volume.

Any tips on deciding between Trello, Asana, Helpscoutm Zendesk etc?

@Jamie Hayes I created a tool that lets you use Trello as a helpdesk by integrating it with a Gmail account:
