Being charged even though I quit my free trial on the twelfth before free trial ended .

I  need someone from billing department to contact me  immediatly ! I  opted out  of plan one day before my free trial was over ,I  should not  be being charged for this.

Welcome to the community!

This is a location for customer to help one another with technical issues using the Atlassian products.

For billing or account related questions, I'd recommend contacting Trello support directly here:

https://trello.com/en/contact#/

At the very bottom of that page should be a dropdown asking you to select what you need assistance with as well as a form to provide some details.  From there should should be in touch with someone form Atlassian directly who should be able to help you out.
