I've created the following automation rule: when a card is emailed into the board by anyone, move the card to the top of list "New communications".
I then sent an email to the board. I see it in my inbox. It has not been moved to the list.
If I look at the activity log for the automation, it indicates that it hasn't been run.
Took me a good hour to figure it out I was using the email for the global inbox which does not support automations. There are 2 "inboxes" The global one and the one for the board.
Click on the email-to-board and get that email address. Then it comes in for me.
Hey @Bill Winett - welcome to the Community!
Can you screenshot the automation you're using?
