Attachments are hidden or innacessible

Hi there, I have trello premium which I have been using to upload business expense receipts. One card shows that it has 39 receipts. However, I can only access 22 when I open the card. The rest are not visible anywhere despite the quantity saying 39 on the outside. 

I know receipts are missing because I'm looking for one in particular. I have no other record of the receipts as I removed the hard copies after uploading.

@Anthony (Help & Support ) - carolfraser.co.uk welcome to the community! hmm, that sounds like a bug. but if you use something like File Manager Power-Up and export all the files from the card, are they there? (It's a paid power-up but i think you get a two week trial so shouldn't need to pay anything to test this out.)

Hi there, thank you for the speedy reply. I added the power up and I see that the items have returned to the attachments as normal. However, I couldn't see the power up loaded in my card. so i went to 'add power-up' again, searched for it and disabled it from the settings option in the marketplace. My attachment items are still visible for now. I hope it stays that way!
