Atlassian reactivate account

Hello,

my name is Owain and I need my Atlassian account reactivated. Whenever I try to create a “support ticket” no one responds to it at all and no one has answered me at all. 

my other Atlassian account is currently deactivated and I need my account to be reactivated so I can delete the account from the Atlassian platform / database / server 

please help me
