Our organization regularly reviews the list of users that are currently using the Atlassian products and removes access for users who have not logged in to use the Trello platform in over 6 months.
Due to a recent update, Atlassian no longer shows the last login date, but shows the date a user was invited. This is useless information in regards to managing access to transfer paid license seats to active users or new users from inactive users. Please advise on how we can continue to monitor usage and licenses.
Hi @Russ DonRussello
I'm investigating internally what changed about the field and why it is not showing the last active date any longer.
In the meantime, while this is a manual and not ideal solution, you can export the user list from AdminHub and it contains each of the last access dates for your users by product. I tested this will my own account and see that my last active date to my Trello Test Enterprise is correct.
If you do this, it would be helpful for me to know if the dates in the "Last seen in Trello - <enterprise name>" column looks correct.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Cheers,
Beth
Beth,
Thank you for the prompt response! The export function works correctly on my end and allows me to see the "Last seen in Trello" status of each user. And, actually, filtering the .CSV file makes it quicker to see without paging through and scanning dates by user.
This workaround helps me greatly, although it adds a few steps to our monthly review of the Trello user status.
I don't know if the invitation date is important for some users, but perhaps both columns should be visible from the Admin Hub.
Thanks,
Russ
