An old employee was using a work email but she is gone. But when I try and add that email to a board it still is tied to the old employee. Her pic even shows up in the profile pic. How do I get her disassociated with that email?
Thanks for reaching out @Thomas Santoro We generally don’t recommend sharing or recycling email addresses for accounts, as this can lead to exactly the kind of confusion you’re experiencing. If you have access to the email inbox for that address, you can reset the password via https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword and log into the Atlassian account to update the account details. You can also log into the Trello profile https://trello.com/u/me/profile to change any Trello-specific profile information.
Unfortunately, these changes can’t be made from the support side for privacy and security reasons. If you no longer have access to the email inbox, we recommend creating a new, unique email address for the new user, and inviting the new email address to the boards.
