I want to know if it's possible when creating a new card, that it opens the card window automatically, and also if a checklist could be there by default.
@Maurice Tituer when you create a card on the desktop app or web app you can hold shift and hit enter, this will create the card and open it at the same time.
Adding a checklist automatically based on what board/list/time of day/person etc. is adding the card can be done with automation via the API which is very powerful.
Trello recently acquired a company named Butler who have an amazing automation scripting power up for Trello and it is being integrated into the core product, but they aren't accepting new signups.
