Hi there, I'm curious about the maximum number of commands Trello can run per month. My group has the Standard plan, so I see that we have 1000 commands per month. Is that 1000 divided among all of us / Do we all have to share that 1000? Or do we get 1000 commands per paying group members? I'm just curious as we grow bigger whether or not we'll reach the limit (last month we hit 80%, but thankfully didn't max out).
If it happens to be 1000 per user, do we know if that is pooled or individualized? For example, pooled would be a group of 5 user has 5000 commands to share amongst themselves however it works out, vs individually would be all 5 users has their own bank of 1000 commands, but they cannot share.
Thanks in advance for your help!
Hey Grace, welcome to the Community!
Speaking of Butler quotas, the 1000 commands per month quota is related to the Workspace itself - not 1000 for each billable user in your Workspace, so it's shared across the board - no pun intended! I would recommend taking a look at this article here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/butler-quotas-and-limits/
Also, you can check out your Butler quotas in the Butler directory, on the Account tab. For more detail, see https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/opening-the-usage-log/.
If you ever get closer to hitting your monthly quota, you may want to consider upgrading to Premium, which will give you unlimited command runs to play with.
Got it, that's unfortunate as we add more people, but thank you for the info!
