Are Tello Boards Backed up at all?

Im a Network Admin and Im looking for methods to back up my Trello Boards. Are boards backed up on Trello's side at all? I know there is a method to export boards to JSON or csv, but does that include all of the board, or only just a portion of it? Is there a restore method where these files can restore a board back onto Trello?

Maybe Trello does backup the boards, however for a normal user there is no way to access board backups.  So you need to take care of that for yourself.
