App won't work after creating Atlassian account

I created an Atlassian account and logged in on my computer and in google chrome.  No problems.  BUT the android app won't work on my phone now.  It says I need to login with atlassian and it brings me to the login...then circles me right back and then says 'hmmmm...we're having problems loggin you in...there seems to be a problem with your identity provider:.

So, I went back to my account on my computer, created the 2-factor authentication using Google Authenticator app on my phone....entered the 6 digit code and got it all set-up.  Went back to the trello app on my phone and it STILL won't work!  

Someone please help me.

@Lynn Kinzie have you tried logging in on your phone using your username instead of your email?

I got in .... after many tries!!!   I guess something was wrong on their end....so I removed the app and reinstalled and it finally worked.
