I received an email that some of my boards had been closed because the workspace had been closed, there are several people in my organization including exmembers who could have deleted that workspace, is there any way to know who it was?
There is nothing that you would be able to see. Submitting a support issue Atlassian might be able to see that. You can submit a support issue here https://trello.com/contact#/
I would recommend keeping the number of individuals with this capability very low and removing old employees.
