Anyone else having issues with Trello today?

Logged in and unable to load boards, tried shutting down and restarting, tired via vpn, there's nothing wrong with my connection.

Where is the option to submit a ticket to for Trello? The support site are directing paying users to the community page without the option to submit a ticket
