Since the app updated, my board now has many blank thumbnails on both mobile and desktop. Switching card previews off and back on reloads them as blank, as does clearing my cache. How can I get the thumbnails back? They are crucial for the functionality of the board.

Ahh, I see, thank you. If you have a few examples of those links, and if they're not to any content you would consider personal or private, then please feel free to share them here and I'll be glad to test to see if they pull a preview through for me!
I can confirm that's still a feature we have, but it's also possible that something changed either in the website's code where the image is drawn from, or in the way we search for and store previews of web images.
