I was signed out of my Trello desktop app and when I signed in again, it started as a fresh empty workspace! Where have all my boards gone? I tired to sign in with google and with email and it still takes me to same place. How can I contact the support and recover my account?
Hey @Tanja Activefeet! Just wondering—could you possibly have more than one account? Sometimes people realize they've lost access to their boards because they have multiple Atlassian or Trello accounts and mix them up. If you need some help figuring this out, you can always reach out to support by creating a ticket at https://support.atlassian.com/contact. Just keep in mind that you'll need a paid subscription to submit a support request. Hope this helps!
I agree that this is the most likely explanation. Do you have any notification or marketing emails from Trello from before this happened? If so, check the "to" address carefully—this should show you what email address the account is associated with. You might also try using a personal email address if you just signed in with a work address, or the other way around.

Thanks for the tips, I have recent emails from Trello to the email account I used to log in. I changed the password too and it still brings me to an empty new account. I don't have a paid subscription. I think in this mess I created a new account even I was just trying to log in. And when I click a link from old email to a board it says the board has been deleted or does not exist.
