All due date and scheduled automations not activating, but rules are working fine.

I have a complex board with many automations running of all types. Then all of a sudden, today, the due date and scheduled automations that have been running flawlessly for months stopped activating. All rules still work fine and manually running a scheduled automation functions without any issues. I have tried recreating automations, testing with new cards, updating time zone, and tried across multiple boards, but the issue remains.

Is this a known issue across Trello or is this an isolated event? I'm not sure what else I can try at this point so I'm hoping its a Trello bug that will be patched or I might be hooped.

We’re sorry you’re experiencing this issue. I was able to replicate it on my end, and we are currently investigating the matter. I’ll update you as soon as we have more information.

In the meantime, if anything is urgent, you can use the "Run now" option in the scheduled rule, which should work as a temporary workaround. I understand this isn’t ideal and requires some manual effort, but I appreciate your patience while we work on a resolution.
