All boards have disappeared

When I logged on to Trello this morning, I discovered that my boards, tasks, projects are gone. Trello is treating me like a new user. Same happened to my wife/collaborator. I've checked and no filters are in effect. I also checked my profile and activity logged and, with the exception of today's activity, it seems like the timeframe from 2016-2019 is wiped out. I tried contacting support but was directed back to this forum. Can anyone offer advice?

@Tony Martinez you have probably inadvertently created a new account while updating to use Atlassian for login.

You will probably notice your username is different, and you should be able to login to your old account using your old email address (with a password reset if required).

my wife logged on in her computer (which had been turned off for a while), launched Trello and watched as her boards all disappeared within seconds (no doubt they were locally buffered but then got sync'ed to the cloud.
