Admin has left workspace

I have helped my friend by creating a Trello Workspace for her organization. Before leaving the Workspace, I made sure to make her admin so she can add and remove team members. 

It seems that this transition has not happened. As a result, she cannot add/remove team members. How can I resolve the issue?

Hi Abla,

Is your friend's name Tanya? I checked the Workspace you created and noticed that you have only added her as a member of a board. You remain the Workspace admin and the board admin.

To ensure she has the appropriate access, you need to invite her to join the Workspace. Since this is a Free Workspace, all members are considered admins: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/inviting-people-to-a-workspace/.
