Admin has left the business and need admin right transferred

Hello,

 

Our Admin for our marketing workspace has left the business and I need Admin rights reassigned. Is there a way to do this via support, as we have no access to their emails?

Hi @HGray  ,Welcome to the community!

Normally, we recommend temporarily reactivating the email address with the help of your IT team, and then assigning someone else as the admin.

I see that you have a Premium subscription for your workspace, and you are already a member of that workspace. Before I can promote you to admin, I’ll need to verify some additional information for security reasons.

To protect your personal information, I will raise a support ticket and reach out to you directly to complete the verification process.
