Our Admin for our marketing workspace has left the business and I need Admin rights reassigned. Is there a way to do this via support, as we have no access to their emails?

Normally, we recommend temporarily reactivating the email address with the help of your IT team, and then assigning someone else as the admin.
I see that you have a Premium subscription for your workspace, and you are already a member of that workspace. Before I can promote you to admin, I’ll need to verify some additional information for security reasons.
