When I try to add new automation or edit existing one, I get blank page with this error:

This happens both in web browser (Chrome Version 145.0.7632.160 (Official Build) (64-bit)) and in Windows app (Windows 11 Pro 25H2)
All automations are affected - rules, scheduled, due date.
I tried logging out and loggin back in, it had no effect. Tried restarting, too.
I did not find anyone reporting this issues, so I guess it is specific to my account/setup.

I checked the Trello status page and there is no current incident reported, so this does not look like a general outage.
Since you see the same behavior in browser and Windows app, I would try a few quick checks:
open Trello in an incognito/private window, disable browser extensions, clear browser cache / site data, test the automation page on another board
If the Automation (Butler) page still shows blank after that, it may be a UI issue on Atlassian’s side, and in that case I’d suggest opening a Trello support ticket.

in incognito, the behaviour is slightly different. It just shows "loading animation" for ever (see screenshot below). So I still cant add or edit automations.
I have a free account, how can I open a ticket? When I tried to do it, the website said that I need to use community forum as a free user.

This was the point where it started working: "Connect to a different network".
The console logged this error:
IFrameIO.ts:243 Error, timeout while initializing index iframe for https://app.butlerfortrello.com/af8b63c3d58a4e763b12d5385cc9ffd3f5a108bf/powerup-loader.html. Timeout=30000ms
I found out that my ISP was blocking butlerfortrello.com because it categorised it as a Phising website. So I just added the domain to the whitelist and now all works fine.
