Hi dear, I want a checklist I created to be added to all product cards without anything happening. So, just for it to be added to all cards now. How do I do that? I know it's possible, but I don't know how. Please check my checklist in the image belowSchermafbeelding 2026-03-03 om 14.57.19.png

Hello @TLE-Business

So you have a lot of cards and want to add checklist to all of those cards.

In this post there's solution for that - https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Trello-questions/Adding-a-checklist-to-existing-cards/qaq-p/2685943

By summarizing information that Mike wrote in that post:

  • Create a new card on your board called something like "Checklist Template"

  • Add your checklist (Luvande, Modemeister, Luhvia, Cecole, Cilono) to that card

  • Go to Automation → Rules and create the following rule:

    • Trigger: When a label is added to a card
    • Action: Collect all cards on the board that do not have the checklist, then copy the checklist from the template card to each collected card.
  • To run it, simply add a label to the Checklist Template card - the automation will do the rest

Also keep in mind that:

  • The automation collects a maximum of 100 cards at a time. If you have more than 100 cards, just remove the label and add it again to process the next batch.
  • It will generate a lot of automation activity and may take a few minutes to complete.
  • This works per board, so you'd need to repeat the setup for each board you want to apply it to.
