“Add From” JIRA button is not showing up in Trello

I have my JIRA account (workplace managed) to my Trello board, but I am not able to see the button “Add From” to get a JIRA list to show up on my Trello board. I have a Premium Account.

If I remember correctly, you have to be a member of the project in Jira with the same account you use for Trello for it to show up as an option...

Hi great people with lovely names,

I have similar question. I managed to connect my Jira workspace to Trello using the Power Up and am able to add Jira work items to a card. But the button to add lists from Jira is still missing. What could I do to fix that?
