Hello there!
I just realized that the Activity powerup is not working, I lost all the client tracked time what I had.
As I read, there were problems with it in the last 2-3 years. Could you please give us a feedback what to expect with this PowerUp?
Can you turn it on again, at least for some time, to make a backup of tracked times?
I will leave this addon, but there was no sign or notification it can be turned off any time.
Thank you for your help!
Zsolt
Hi there!
The timer is back now, and the Activity PowerUp info page is working again (earlier the images disappeared, like their server stopped working).
Now everything seems to be ok!
This is a 3rd party power-up so not the responsibility of Atlassian (Trello). Looking at the changelog it has not been updated for over 4 years and like a lot of the Power-ups for Trello, it may well have been abandoned.
I would suggest reaching out to the power-up developer:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
I've also had 2 users reach out on https://trello.com/power-ups/5ec6c1c179ade984555a12eb that I am author on commenting on data loss seemingly at random.
But to be honest, i have no idea if these users are in fact using "Activity timer" that i am author of, or if its "Activity".
I'll report back if i learn about if they're actually users of "Activity timer" or just users of "Activity".
If they're users of mine. Then we may be looking at a problem in Trello. Since i have had no releases to my Powerup since September had just now I've had to people reach out in the last day about this issue. Which is a first in the many years I've supported this powerup.
I will update this thread if i learn something new about who-is-who in regards to those who reached out to my about this particular issue on my powerup.

It's worth while noting that "Activity timer" uses the internal card data storage of Trello. So any data loss not as a result of the powerup would be entirely on the Trello side.
I've looked at the "Activity" powerup and if I'm not mistaken its the very same thing there. That it uses the internal data storage of Trello cards.

I wrote the PowerUp support, no answer yet, but as I read, they were unreachable when this happened last time.
Thanks!
