Hey there,
I hope this email finds you well!
I found your email online and wondered if you were able to help me please? Please let me know if I need to reach out to someone else!
My colleague and I are interested in potentially setting up our accounts as premium members. We are going to trial these shortly, however, my colleague has already activated and used her free trial and wasn't able to explore it properly due to AL. Are we able to reinstate the trial for her and I will subsequently activate mine too?
Additionally, I can see online the price comparisons and the features listed but I wondered if you had a more detailed document stating what the benefits and added features are of premium, therefore we can easily see what to explore and what feels applicable.

There are some FAQs here ^ about billing but I think you probably need to open a ticket about your site and what you would like to do.
