Account Help! Need Support's Number/email

I am having trouble creating other user accounts for team member to have access to the boards and we can track their progress. it tries to charge us more by adding people, and I'd like to just talk to someone about my account but I can't seem to get a hold of anyone. I've emailed as well about my issue.
