Access to different boards in trello

How can I get access to different boards in trello if the person who created them is no longer working? and she is the only one who can give access to those.

Do you know if there is another admin on those boards, or perhaps a workspace admin who might be able to assist you with this?

Regarding the user who no longer works with you but had access to the boards—since they used a work email, you could reach out to your IT team to temporarily reactivate their email account. This way, you can log in and share all the necessary boards from that account with yourself or another team member.

That person is the only one who can give access. The problem is that her account is not desactivated because she's still working here but she has taken a long time off work. 

Is there any other was I could access to a board?
