I am trying to recover access to my Trello account but I no longer have access to the email address associated with it. I changed my mail address but my domain name still the same. please help me to find again my folders.

This account contains important professional data and I would really appreciate your help to recover access or change the associated email address for the new.

I can provide any additional information to verify my identity if needed.

Since your domain is still the same, the best option may be to ask your IT/mail admin whether they can temporarily recreate the old mailbox or add it as an alias so you can receive the password reset mail. That is also the path Atlassian suggests in this situation.

thx for your answer. yes but I can't access it anymore. the admin delete since 5 Years. I would like have an other alternative by the @Trello support to used my folders. there are precious informations unfortunately locked. please I need your help @Atlassian
