Currently, it is not possible to move the “Add List” button to the very beginning of the board. As an alternative, you can use Trello Automation to create a board button that adds a new list in the first position on your board. After using this button, you can easily rename the new list as you like. This approach can help you create new lists more quickly and conveniently, especially when using Trello on a smartphone.
On the smartphone, the board buttons are located on the right side menu!
