Preciso de ajuda, minha conta com o e-mail: caroline@facasdavila.com.br não consigo entrar, NÃO POSSUO nenhum app de atutenticação, nem possuo chave de emergencia, solicitei várias vezes para me enviar e-mail mas sempre expira. TENHO DIVERSAS INFORMAÇÕES SALVAS E NÃO CONSIGO REALIZAR LOGIN. Já tentei recuperar senha e também não consigo, por favor, ME AJUDE, PRECISO ACESSAR ESTE MEU TRELLO.
