Nothing has changed apart from the password reset.

Is it possible the user logged in with another email address and created a new profile that lacks permissions?

I don't know what he's done, he's 200km away. He just got a request to reset his password, which he did and now can't see his boards. I'm the admin and have removed him from the boards and invited him again but he can't see anything.
