I’m experiencing an issue with Atlassian’s two-factor authentication. My 2FA was recently deactivated and then reactivated, and the 2FA setup process completed without any problems. When I log in, I can enter the 2FA code successfully, but immediately afterward I’m prompted for a second 2FA request, creating an endless loop.
The support flow keeps redirecting me without providing a resolution, so I’m currently unable to access my account.
Has anyone encountered this issue before, or is there a known workaround? Any guidance would be appreciated.

I've started the process to remove legacy 2FA from your account. You should soon receive an email notifying you that the recovery process has begun.
After a 24-hour (security delay), you'll receive a second email with a link to recover your account.The recovery link in the second email will expire in 12 hours. Please click the link and enter your password to disable two-step verification.
