I can not use my Trello Account. I don´t use it for some days. And the logged me off.
I create a new account to write this Post.
My Account that I need has another Mail Adress.
I have the Mail Adress and the password but not the 2FA or the recovery Key. I can not login in the Trello Account. But I need it to work. I have a lot of Informations into it.

Here are a couple of articles that might help:
When you're on the login page, there should be an option like Can't use your phone? and then follow the next steps.
On one of the next steps, there should be Send recovery email, which should help in resolving this.
As an alternative, you could use the following channel: Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing

@Maik Land do you know if your account is managed by your organization? If so, you could reach out to your Atlassian admin (probably the IT department) to see how authentication policies are configured. If it's a personal account (not managed by org), you should be able to follow the instructions provided earlier. Would be a bit strange if you could reset your MFA / 2FA via email. It would introduce an enormous security flaw. There must be a ‘second factor’ in the procedure to verify you’re the account owner.

it is not managed by my organisation or administrator. It is selfmanaged. It is realy strange because I can not change anything and I dont know where or what I can do...
