10 users but I only have 4

Hello,

It seems to be a bug because I created a Trello board with 4 members, I'd like to add a 5th but it says that I exceeded the 10 users maximum for the free version. Could you help me please?

I’ve taken a look at the board, and it belongs to the free workspace named "Projet Interne." Currently, there are 10 collaborators in this workspace—2 are workspace members, and 8 are guests invited to different boards within the workspace.

On our free plan, workspaces are limited to 10 collaborators. That’s why you’re receiving the error—the limit has been reached. Please note, this limit applies to the entire workspace, not just a single board.

What is a Collaborator?
A collaborator is anyone who’s been invited to a board in your workspace or to the workspace itself. This includes:

• Workspace members

• What is a Workspace guest? | Trello | Atlassian Support (board members who aren’t members of your workspace, including single-board and multi-board guests)

• Pending board and workspace invites

Solution:

• You can create a new workspace and move the board to it, or Upgrade your current workspace.

Could you please let me know the name of the board where you’re trying to add the user and where you’re encountering the error? It’s possible that the board belongs to a workspace where the collaborator limit has been reached.

It's when I hit "Share" and try to add emails, I see this message : "Apparently, you need more space! This board belongs to a Workspace that has reached its limit of 10 members. To add more members, upgrade to a higher plan or remove members, guests, or pending invitations from this Workspace."
